Destruction Warlock

Destruction Warlock wants hit, spell power and crit. Hit caps at 16%, and anything over the cap does nothing. Weapon damage does not matter for a caster; a weapon is only its stats. The BIS set uses a staff. Attack power, strength, agility and spirit do nothing for a warlock.
What the spec values

Armor, Arcane resist, Fire resist, Frost resist, Nature resist, Shadow resist: a small survival value, the same for every spec. A character who lives longer attacks longer.
