A World of Warcraft: Forever gear draft is coming
100parse is a gear draft for vanilla World of Warcraft. You pick a class, walk the raids one boss at a time, take one drop from each, and the finished set is scored against thousands of real runs. When World of Warcraft: Forever launches, 100parse gets a Forever version beside the classic era one.

What Forever is
Blizzard announced World of Warcraft: Forever at BlizzCon on 12 September 2026. It uses the original Azeroth as its base and adds to it: three new zones, nine dungeons, two raids, more than a thousand quests, a new race, and revised talent trees for every class. The beta runs from 17 September to 21 October. The game launches on 4 November 2026 with no raid open at launch; the first raids open on 9 December (two new ones for 10 and 20 players, and Onyxia's Lair for 40, on Blizzard's roadmap and subject to change). Access comes with a normal World of Warcraft subscription.
What changes for gear
This is what matters for a draft, from what Blizzard has said and from the beta. It is beta, and it can change before launch.
- One hit stat, one crit stat. Melee, ranged and spell hit are a single stat in Forever, and crit the same. An item with hit on it is worth something to every spec, not just the one its stat line was written for.
- Less weapon skill on items. Weapon skill stays in the game, but items grant less of it, so the old weapon-skill trinkets and gloves lose some of their edge.
- Dungeon loot reworked. Every dungeon drop was reviewed, hundreds were added, and the unique dungeon boss items are now blue. Blizzard wants old items and blue items to stay useful for specific jobs rather than being replaced outright by each raid tier.
- Rage by weapon speed. Warrior rage is normalized: slower weapons generate more rage per swing, and a crit no longer pays extra. The draft's view of a two-hander changes with it.
- Item stats are hidden until an item drops. Blizzard has said it is hiding item stats until an item drops for someone on the server, so a stat line is not public until then. That is the one that sets our timeline.
What the Forever version of 100parse will be
A second game beside the one you play today, picked on the front page. Its own specs with Forever weights, its own boards, its own Daily. The classic era game does not change; every run, board and badge you have stays where it is. The Forever game starts from the vanilla items Forever keeps, scored under Forever's rules, and grows as the reworked and new drops become known. Parse curves start bridged from the classic era ones, the way every new spec here starts, and are replaced by real Forever runs once there are enough of them.

When
After Blizzard's 4 November launch. Item stats are hidden until items drop, so the Forever item table cannot be built cleanly before then, and it fills in over the weeks after. We are not promising a date. The Discord is where it will be announced first.
