100parse.com is operated by Anviledger LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The short version

It is a free fan-made game. Play it, share your results, do not attack it.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to use 100parse, and at least 16 if you are in the European Economic Area. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Fan content and Blizzard

100parse is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

World of Warcraft, its item names, icons, loot tables and related assets are trademarks and copyright of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and are used here in a fan capacity. We claim no ownership of them. The site is free to play.

If Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. or any other rights holder asks us to remove or change material, we will.

Your account

Accounts are optional and no sign-in is needed to play. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Discord; either way you get one account. If you make one:

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Display names must follow the rules published on the site. We may rename an account that breaks them, and we may suspend an account that keeps breaking them.
• You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it removes your personal information and permanently anonymizes your runs; it does not delete the runs, because scores and percentiles are calculated across all of them.
• Runs you played before signing up stay anonymous and don't attach themselves to your new account.

Fair use of the site

Do not script or automate play, submit scores you did not earn, interfere with scoring or validation, scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, work around rate limits, or try to break, probe or overload the service.

Runs are validated server-side and results that fail validation are discarded. We may remove runs, remove entries from public pages, or suspend accounts where we believe these rules have been broken.

Things you post

Display names, reports and anything else you submit must not be unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive or an impersonation of someone else. By submitting them you give us permission to display and store them as part of running the site. We may moderate, edit or remove them.

Our own material

The site's code, design, written content, scoring model and the presentation of results belong to Anviledger LLC. Game data comes from third-party community sources, credited on the site. You may share screenshots, run cards and links freely. You may not copy the site wholesale, or extract our data through automated means, without asking us first.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is and as-available. Scores, percentiles and DPS figures are for entertainment. They are not a simulation and they are not advice about how to gear a real character. The scoring model is recalibrated from time to time, so a score earned today is not directly comparable to one earned under a later version. We do not promise the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anviledger LLC and the people who work on 100parse are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, this section does not affect the rights your local law gives you.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or operational reasons. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes

These terms may change as the site grows. We will update the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you agree to their jurisdiction - unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else, in which case that right stands.
